Disclaimer: What This Website Is and Is Not

Last updated: October 2026

Read this disclaimer before you use polandscientist.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Role Only

Polandscientist Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not fell trees, haul away fallen ones, grind stumps or trim branches. Any work on your property is done by an independent provider, never by Polandscientist Tree Service.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We give no warranty on the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a particular time. Providers answer for their own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information, Not Advice

The content here is general. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and property is different, so what fits one may not fit another. Talk to a qualified provider about your situation.

Costs

Cost figures are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, tree size, access and other factors. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

Insurance Statements

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Safety

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged structures. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and notify your utility company. If life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Polandscientist Tree Service may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. The Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and current. We cannot promise that it is complete or has no mistakes.
